The Chair Program was launched by UNESCO, and financed by Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft, which as one part of UNESCO Chair activities for Information Technology for Industry and Environment, is jointly organized by The Northeastern University. The purpose of this seminar is to transfer advanced German technologies to Chinese enterprises, experts, teachers and students and to lay a foundation for Sino-German science-technology education cooperation and introduction of advanced German technologies.
The seminar “Human – Machine – Systems: Interaction and Communication” is supported by BMBF.
The theoretical parts of the seminar will be given at the North Eastern University whereas the application-related parts will be presented in the Conference Pavilion of the German-Chinese Co-operation in Research and Education in Shenyang.
